The competencies featured on this website have been researched, gleaned, and compiled by Del R. Poling Consulting International. Del has worked with hundreds of company executives worldwide since 1970. The booklets are updated every few years as the research indicates. Additional competencies are included as the changing requirements of the market indicate, with competencies identified by 90% of the executives in the research process getting included.
Confidential Assessment
Numerous security features have been implemented to make for a confidential assessment procedure. Only the Account Administrator can view the results of the evaluation. To prevent abuse, raters secure their passwords immediately after they sign in. Results are merged together into the three relationships tiers (Manager, Peer, Report) making it impossible to determine exactly which rater gave a particular rating.
