Interlink Media collects personal information when you sign up, when you identify evaluation participants, when raters secure their password, when raters evaluate subjects by answering competencies, and when you visit iCompetency pages.

Interlink Media automatically receives and records information on our server logs from your browser, including your IP address, iCompetency cookie information, your referrer, and the page you request.

We will not sell or distribute evaluation results or any other account information to any 3rd party.

You can edit your contact information at any time including participant names and passwords. Your evaluation results can be deleted by you. Since your account does not expire, you are the only one who has the authority to delete the results.

Interlink Media reserves the right to send you certain communications relating to the iCompetency service, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and the iCompetency Newsletter, without offering you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving them.
