Interlink Media, in cooperation with Mr. Del Poling, has created this site to benefit coroprations, non profits and churches in the ongoing task of evaluating their personnel and their services. It is designed solely for the purposes of legal and legitimate enterprises. In the event that the benefits of this program are found to be compromised then Interlink Media reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone at any time and reserves the right to terminate user access to the website without prior notice.

Interlink Media shall be held harmless and not be liable for any problems/damages arising from the evaluation results and/or the leak of the evaluation results.

Each evaluation is allowed to last for a maximum of 6 months. After which, the Account Administrator can still sign in to view the evaluation results and undertake new evaluations.

Interlink Media has programmed this application in accordance with known best practices, and has made extensive attempts to verify the accuracy of the results. Nevertheless, Interlink Media does not warrant the accuracy of the evaluation results and shall be held harmless and not liable for the accuracy of evaluation results generated by the iCompetency website. Moreover, since the data input into each evaluation depends upon each individual rater, neither Interlink Media nor this program can verify the accuracy of a rater's responses.
